These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and IKOALA INC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), the developer and publisher of the TabTOC browser extension. By installing or using TabTOC ("Extension") or visiting tabtoc.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or Website.

2. Description of Service

TabTOC is a browser extension that turns browser tabs into a navigable vertical tree sidebar. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not require an account.

3. Use License

Subject to these Terms, IKOALA INC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TabTOC for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the Extension.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you access through TabTOC. We do not access, store, or transmit your content. All processing remains on your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The TabTOC Extension, including its code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of IKOALA INC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TabTOC is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKOALA INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
